The holidays are upon us! Lucas will be just about 6 months old once Christmas comes around, and I’ve spent a ton of time pulling together a wish list for him, comprised of cute cozies, cool kicks and of course, some learning toys for good measure. See below for my top picks from my Pinterest board.
Both my niece and nephew had this when they were Luke’s age, and I can’t wait to watch my own son play with it. Scout connects to your smart devices for easy personalization. He’s programmed with 40+ learning songs and 15+ activities, helping children learn their first words, identify feelings, emotions, colours, and learn how to count. Thank you in advance to Zia Melissa for picking this one up for Luke!
I’d been in the market for a play mat, but couldn’t seem to commit to one. Then I came across this storage & play mat from Indigo and all my 2-in-1 wishes were answered. This is a gift that gives to both me and my baby, and will hopefully help me avoid foam tiles.
Why fix what isn’t broke, right? Children have been playing with wooden toys since the mid nine-teeth century, and they are just as effective today as they were in 1850. This toy will help Lucas learn to stack, sort and identify colours. BONUS: its super cute in it’s own simplistic way.
I want my son to have UGG boots and I don’t care what my husband says. Have you ever seen UGG’s on a baby? It’s only the most adorable thing ever. Cozy and cute. What’s not to love? The worst part about adult UGG’s is that they end up looking salt stained and gross, but on a baby they stay fresh.
The cutest all day play suit. Nuff said.
